摘  要:针对现有的初轧厂均热炉自动控制系统中,大多是以TDCS-2000微处理机为核心的综合分散控制方式,控制水平基本上属于燃烧控制,且空燃比控制仍采用人工控制,由于混合煤气热值波动和换热器漏风等现象,严重影响了空燃比控制的准确性,已成为制约均热炉生产,提高产品质量的瓶颈。本文介绍了采用美国Honey Well公司研制的具有万能控制网UCN、万能操作站US、过程管理站PM、先进多功能控制器AMC和智能变送器ST3000的TDC-3000集散控制系统在安钢初轧厂均热炉控制中的应用,使整个控制系统结构简单,控制更加准确,达到了高质低耗的效果。Aim at the all hot stove auto control system of blooming mill, mostly as the comprehensive dispersion control method with the TDCS -- 2000 microprocessors for the core, controlling level belongs to the combustion control basically, and the empty burning ratio control still adopt an artificial control, Because the phenomenon of the mixture coal gas hot wave and air leak of a hot machine, serious influence the accuracy of the empty burning ratio control, it have become the bottleneck which restrict the production of all hot stove and raise product quality. This text introduced the application of TDC--3000 in the all hot stove control system of angang blooming mill, TDC--3000 developed by American Honey Well company, which contained UCN, US, PM, AMC and ST3000. This method makes the whole control system structure simply, and control more accurate, which comes to a high quality low result consume.
