摘　　要：在自动测试技术和综合测控系统中,解决控者设备和仪器间的通信是重要问题之一。SCPI规范化了所有的通信命令内容和格式,给程控仪器的软件开发提出更高要求。文章介绍了SCPI两大类命令和主要语法规则,提出了一种基于树型的规范化、模块化的SCPI命令解释器的实现方法。研究了在程控仪器的嵌入式linux操作系统环境下SCPI的解析和应用方法,并验证了该命令解释器具有解析速度快、解析命令全、移植性好等优点,对研制具有自主知识产权的现代程控仪器有着积极的支持作用。In the technology of automatisc test and the system ment of synthetical measure and control, solving the communication problem between controller equipment and instrument becomes one of important problems. The SCPI rules all the communication command ＇s content and format, which brings forward the higher request to soft development of programmable instrument. The paper introduces two kinds of SCPI command and their most syntax rules, advances a realization method of standardizalion and modularizalion＇s SCPI command interpreter based on the tree module. The paper researches the SCPI＇s parse and application method in programmable instrument＇s embedded Linux operation system environment, and proves that the command interpreter has the advantages of quick parse speed, full parse command, good transplant characteristic and so on, so it plays a active support role to develop the modern programmable instrument.
