摘 要:作者对190系列柴油机振声诊断系列研究进行了归纳和综述,全文分为动态征兆分析与提纯(Ⅰ)与多参数特征判别与决策(Ⅱ)两部分。本文在构造柴油机综合动态诊断系统框架及多参数特征判别与决策研究方面进行了探讨。结合190系列柴油机运行机理分析,建立了能完整体现机器状态征兆的动态参数与故障层次的对应关系及诊断框架。为解决相互影响变化的多参数特征判别问题,提出了基于灰色关联空间的递归优化多参数特征判别与决策方法,为进一步进行智能诊断与专家系统研究作了有益的探索和基础准备。In order to apply dynamically diagnozing techniques to large and middle sized diesel engines,some discussions in a deepgoing way on the practical research approach and strategy are given in this paper based on undrstanding and analyzing the situation at home and abroad on this subject. Connected with the authers' experimental research work on the 190 series diesel engines' vibroacoustic diagnozing the whole paper is divided into two parts.In this part,based on the work presented in the first part,the construction of the frame of a comprehensive dynamic diagnosis system for the disel engine,and the classification and strategy of multi-parameter signatures are studied. In the light of the ana1ysis of the mechanism of the 190 series diesel engines,the diagnosis frame and the relations between the dynamic parameters which completely indicate the state of the engine are established. In order to solve the classification problem of interdependent multi-parameter signatures, an recursive-optimum method based on the grey-related spaces is suggested. Al1 that gives a firm basis for further research on intelligent diagnostics and the design of an expert system.
