摘　　要：文章基于天津市467个农户问卷调查报告,作者分析了农民视角下,影响文明生态村建设公共投资需求的因素。结果表明,村所在地区、年龄、目前职业、家庭年人均纯收入等因素,对农民的需求产生一定影响,影响程度及方向则因具体的基础公共产品项目而异。467 farmers based on a questionnaire survey of Tianjin, analysis of the farmers perspective, the impact on the ecological civilization village building public investment demand. The results showed that factors such as the location of the village, age, occupation, per net income of farmers have a certain impact on demand, the impact and direction of specific products on the basis of the public may vary.
