农村产业集群的形成与农民创业分析——以山东省青州市南张楼村为例

摘　　要：文章将农村非农产业的发展分为两个阶段:一个是农村产业集群的形成阶段,一个是农村产业集群的发展阶段。在不同的阶段中,激发农民创业的因素各有不同,在第一个阶段中,激发农民创业的主要因素是村级组织对农民创业的政策扶植和农民自身的资本积累。在第二个阶段中,激发农民创业行为的主要因素是产业集群的带动效应。This article divided the development of non-agricultural industry into two phases. （）ne is the forming of rural industry clusters; the other is the development of rural industry clusters. What inspire farmers to promote a small business is different in two phases. In the first phase government＇s supports and farmers＇ self-accumulation of capital are the main reasons which inspire them to become owners of companies. In the second phase, the main essential factor is the force of industry cluster which promote the industry growing stronger.
