摘 要:采用曝气铁炭微电解-Fenton氧化法处理维生素B1厂嘧啶生产段废水,得出最佳工况条件:铁炭体积比为0.5、进水pH值为5、曝气时间为2h、充水体积比为0.5、气水体积比为200;H2O2投加量为5mL/L、氧化pH值为3、氧化时间为90min。试验结果表明,该组合工艺对废水COD去除率达到57%以上,BOD5与COD的质量比由0.140提高到0.325,提高了废水的可生化性。Aeration and iron-carbon microelectrolysis-Fenton oxidation process was used in treatment of pyrimidine wastewater from vitamine BI factory, and then, the optimal condition was determined: the volume ratio of iron to carbon was 0.5, the influent pH was 5, the aeration time was 2 h, the volume ratio of wastewater to padding was 0.5, the volume ratio of gas to wastewater was 200, the dosage of H2O2 was 5 mL/L, the oxidation pH was 3, the oxidation time was 90 min. The results of the test showed that, after the treatment by the said process, the removal rate of COD reached above 57%, the m(BOD5)/m(COD) was enhanced from 0.140 to 0.325, and the biodegradability of the wastewater was improved.
