摘 要:分析了电石渣浆废水治理方案的现状和问题,含硫废水有潜在环境风险。结合工程实际,选择空气催化氧化法对电石渣浆上清液进行S2-去除的试验研究。通过模拟试验,确定了该工艺处理该上清液的最佳工况条件:用MnSO4作催化剂,催化剂按MnSO4与S2-的质量比为1∶7的比例投加;反应温度为35~45℃;每处理1L水曝气量控制为0.6L/min;曝气时间5h。在该条件下进行反应,上清液中S2-的质量浓度在650~750mg/L时,其去除率可以达到90%以上。The current status of carbide slag slurry wastewater treatment and the existing problems were analyzed, it was indicated that, sulfur-containing wastewater might cause hidden trouble to the environment. Combined with engineering practice, air catalytic oxidation was used in the experiment to remove S^2- from upper clean liquid of carbide slag slurry. Through the simulant experiment, the optimal condition for the said process treating that kind of upper clean liquid was determined as follows: MnSO4 was used as catalyst and be added according to the MnSO4/S^2- mass ratio of 1 : 7; the reaction temperature was 35 - 45 ℃; the aeration amount was 0.6 L/min for 1 L wastewater treatment, the aeration time was 5 h. Carrying out a reaction under the above condition, when the mass concentration of S^2- in the upper clean liquid was 650 - 750 mg/L, the remvoal rate could reach above 90%.
