摘 要:人类活动对河流径流的影响已经越来越明显,河流径流量已经明显减少,采用基尼系数的基本原理和方法计算了乌伦木兰河的年径流量变化的基尼系数,计算分析的各年基尼系数呈上升趋势,河流年径流量逐年减少,最后借助hurst指数判断出河流的变异年。这些表明:随着该流域经济的快速发展,工农业的开发,以及煤矿的不断开挖已经对该河年径流量产生了显著影响,加速了其径流量减小的趋势,必须引起高度重视。Influence of human activities on fiver is getting more and more serious. The fiver runoff has significantly re- duced. This paper, taking the Wulan Mulun River as an example, uses the basic principles and methods of Gini coeffi- cient to calculate the Gini coefficient of annual runoff volume change. The results showed that annual Gini coefficient is increasing so that the annual runoff discharge of fiver is reduced yearly. Then the Hurst index is used to judge the changing year. The analysis results showed that with the rapid development of this basin economy, and the development of agriculture and industry and the continuous excavation of coal mines, the annual runoff discharge of this fiver has been effected obviously which accelerates the decreasing trend of runoff, which should be paid a great attention to.
