摘　　要：该文阐述循环经济模式与传统经济模式的不同点,论述了现代农业循环经济,是建设现代农业,推进社会主义新农村建设和构建和谐社会的必然选择,并从鼓励制度创新、完善政策措施体系和加快农业结构调整,优化布局等方面提出了我国发展现代农业循环经济的思路和对策。In this paper, recycling economy and the traditional economy of different models, The article stressed that the modern agricultural cycle economy, and the construction of modern agriculture, and promote the building of a new socialist countryside and to build a harmonious society inevitable choice,in the encouraging of system innovation, maturing policy system and accelerating the adjustment of agriculture structure.
