摘　　要：该文从信息系统开发的流程出发,详细对桐城市的农机统计情况进行分析,规划出桐城市农机统计的数据库,确定了各功能模块,并开发出基于WEB数据库的农机统计信息管理系统。This paper analyses the specific about the information of agricultural machinery in Tongcheng city ,make out the database about the statistic of agricultural machinery. This paper defines the functions modle and at last the agricultural machinery MIS has been developed.
