摘 要:对比研究了高碳醇-硅合成加脂剂(简称硅脂)和其他四种加脂剂的基本性能,重点对猪皮反绒服装革加脂的吸收情况和加脂后坯革的物理力学性能和感观性能进行了研究。结果表明,硅脂乳化稳定,耐酸耐铬,吸收性好,物理性能方面除崩裂强度外,拉伸强度、撕裂强度、伸长率都是最好的。加脂后的坯革颜色较浅、粒面平细、丰满、柔软。Comparing the basic properties of the higher alcohol-silicon synthetical fatliquor with the other four kinds of fatliquors, the absorption of fatliquoring, the physical-mechanical properties and sensory properties of fatliquored Pigskin suede clothing leather were studied. The results showed that, the higher alcohol-silicon synthetical fatliquor has good performance in stabile emulsification, acid-resistant ability, chrome-resistant ability and absorption. In physical properties, except the cracking strength, the tensile strength, the elongation and the tearing strength are the best. After fatliquoring, the leather has excellent appearance such as light color, fine grain, softness and fullness.
