利用烟草规模化繁殖烟粉虱初步研究

摘　　要：在大型全自动玻璃温室内,围绕规模化繁殖烟粉虱的各个环节,开展了烟草品种、植株生育期、烟粉虱在烟草植株上产卵分布规律和接种粉虱时间等方面的研究。结果表明:衡水本地农家烟草品种优于其余6个供试品种,以8～12片叶时接种烟粉虱的繁殖效率最高,在12片叶时植株上下叶片营养状况差异较小、粉虱产卵分布比较均匀,接种时间24 h的粉虱发育比较整齐、羽化率较高。Focusing on every factor of whitefly mass reproduction, tobacco varieties, growth stage, distributions of whitefly eggs, inoculation time and so on were studied in large automatic greenhouses. The results showed that the farm cultivar of to bacco from Hengshui was better than the other six varieties, the reproductive efficiency was the highest when the host plants had leaves between 8 and 12. When the 12th leaf appeared, the upper and lower leaves had less difference in nutrient and eggs were laid equably. After the plants were inoculated for 24, the whiteflies developed Uniformly and had a high eclosion rate.
