摘  要:对废旧的金刚石工具进行再制造,可以显著节约材料和能源,具有极佳的经济效益和社会效益。本文以电镀金刚石工具的再制造为例,分析了电镀金刚石工具的再制造过程,建立了金刚石工具的再制造模型,确定了电镀金刚石再制造的职能流程图、功能层次图和数学模型,从而为金刚石工具的再制造成本的计算提供依据。论文阐述了电镀金刚石工具再制造工程面临的4项关键技术问题,即电镀金刚石工具的绿色回收技术,分选技术,工具的再制造性设计以及再制造性评价。其中,电镀金刚石工具的绿色回收技术是实施金刚石工具再制造的重要前提和基础。论文采用对废旧电镀金刚石工具进行冷热交替处理的方法,降低了磨料层与工具基体之间的结合强度,使磨料层与基体之间产生开裂现象,上述方法可以实现磨料层与金刚石工具基体的绿色回收。By remanufacturing of used diamond tools, expensive materials and energy could be saved, and excellent social and economic benefits could be obtained. In our research, remanufacturing processes of electroplated diamond tools were analyzed, remanufacturing models were set up for eiectroplated diamond tools. The functional flow chart, function hierarchy and mathematic models were determined. The manufacturing costs could be calculated according to above models. Four key technologies were discussed for the remanufacturing engineering of electroplated diamond tool, which were green recycling, selection classification, design of diamond tools with remanufacturing ability, and evaluation of remanufacturing ability. The green recycling technology is the vital basis for the remanufacturing of electroplated diamond tools. Method of alternative heating-cooling treatment was applied to crack created thus to reduce the binding strength between abrasive coatings and tool substrate. A green recycling between electroplated coating and tool substrate could be realized with above method.
