摘  要:开发了以甲醇镁为非均相催化剂制备生物柴油的工艺流程,研究了相应的催化剂后处理工艺。采用该法制备生物柴油可同时副产甘油和氧化镁,粗生物柴油的精制过程比较简单,最终产品的主要性能可满足EN 14214指标;副产品甘油回收容易,平均收率88.9%,品质达到工业级和化妆品级甘油指标;催化剂经处理转化为经济价值较高的氧化镁,镁平均回收率99.3%,实现了全部原料的综合利用,避免了废渣污染。Using magnesium methoxide as a heterogeneous catalyst to produce biodiesel was put forward, and the corresponding process for catalyst disposal was researched. In this process, glycerol and magnesium oxide were obtained as byproducts with biodiesel . Biodiesel refining process was simple, and the final product could meet the strict criterion of EN 14214; glycerol was easily recovered with an average recovery ratio of 88.9%, and its quality could meet the industrial and cosmetic standards. The catalyst was finally converted to magnesium oxide with high economic value, during which the average recovery ratio of magnesium reached 99.3%. Comprehensive utilization of all materials was achieved, as well as the solid waste pollution was prevented.
