摘 要:目的研究小叶女贞对免疫功能损伤小鼠T淋巴细胞免疫功能的调节作用。方法以免疫功能损伤小鼠为研究对象,将实验鼠随机分为5组,每组12只,分别为生理盐水(NS)对照组、环磷酰胺(Cy)对照组、Cy+小叶女贞水煎液(小剂量)组、Cy+小叶女贞水煎液(大剂量)组、Cy+女贞子水煎液组。利用流式细胞仪检测实验鼠外周血T淋巴细胞(CD4+、CD8+)的百分率,计算CD4+/CD8+比值,用全自动酶标仪检测外周血IL-2的含量。结果小叶女贞小剂量组和大剂量组CD4+T细胞、CD4+/CD8+、IL-2的含量分别与环磷酰胺组比较均明显增高,有显著性差异(P<0.01);与生理盐水对照组比较,小剂量组无显著性差异(P>0.05)、大剂量组明显增高,有显著性差异(P<0.01);与女贞子对照组比较,小剂量组结果低,有显著性差异(P<0.01)、大剂量组无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论小叶女贞能使小鼠受损伤的免疫功能得到改善,能提高CD4+T细胞的数量和IL-2含量,对免疫功能的调节作用与剂量成正相关。小叶女贞对T淋巴细胞免疫功能的调节机制是促进T淋巴细胞分化、发育为成熟的CD4+T细胞,达到调节机体细胞免疫功能的作用。Objective To explore the modulation effect and mechanism of ligustrum quihoui cart(LQC) on the immune function of T lymphocytes in mouse whose immune function was damaged. Methods Mice with impaired immune function were experimental animal , and divided into five groups randomly, twelve mice in every group, the decoction of LQC acted as experimental sample , using the Cyclophosphamide and 0.9% NaCl as the positive comparison sample and negative comparison sample respectively, LQC minor dose, major dose, and fructus ligustri lucidi, adding Cyclophosphamide respectively, The percentage of T lymphocytes ( CD4^+ , CD8^+ ) in the peripheral blood of the experimental mice was detected by flow cytometer , then calculated the ratio of CD4 ^+ to CD8^+ , the content of IL-2 in the peripheral blood is examined by Denley. Results Contrast minor dose group and major dose group with Cyclophosphamide group respectively , the result was that the content of CD4^+T cell CD4^+/CD8^+ IL-2 all improved dramatically ,with significant difference ( P 〈 0. 01 ). When drawing a parallel between 0.9% NaCl and minor dose group , there was no significant difference ( P 〉 0. 05 ). But when compared with the major dose group,there was significant difference between them( P 〈 0. 01 ). Compared with fructus tigustri lucidi , in the minor dose group ,the curative effect was worse ,there was significant difference (P 〈0. 01 ). But in major dose group ,there was no significant difference between them ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion The immune function of the damaged mice were improved by LQC, which also could increase the quantity of CD4^+ T cell and the content of IL-2. The dose of LQC was positively correlated with the modulation effect of LQC on the immune function. The mechanism of regulation of LQC on the immune function of T lym- phocytes could be realized by promoting the differentiation of T lymphocytes and developing to be mature CD4^+ T cells , so that it can regulate the cell immune functi
