摘　　要：文章以金属矿山企业资源计划构建,提高金属矿山企业竞争力研究为目的。分析了金属矿山企业ERP系统建设的理论基础和金属矿山企业应用ERP的特殊性。采用企业资源计划系统必要条件、系统模型架构以及矿业企业信息集成方案,在此基础上对金属矿山企业ERP系统的实施进行全面构建体系研究。提出了金属矿山企业ERP的应用实施模式。Aiming at researching the construct of enterprise resource plan（ERP）to enhance the competitiveness of metal mine, the particularity and theory of ERP in metal mines are analyzed and studied deeply. Based on the integrative plan, including the prerequisite of ERP, system model frame and information of mine enterprises, the overall construct system also is investigated for implementing enterprise resource plan in metal mine. Meanwhile, it put forward its application model.
