摘　　要：开展大豆品种对大豆菌核病的抗性研究,对控制该病害的发生和流行具有重要的意义。综述了大豆品种对大豆菌核病的抗性评价中所采用的各种人工接种技术和田间自然诱发鉴定等方法。对人工接菌技术所涉及的病原菌的萌发及培养方法等相关性研究也加以阐述,并展望了今后的发展趋势。All kinds of artificial inoculation techniques and natural, induced disease in the fields on resistant identification of soybean varieties to Sclerotinia sclerotiorum were reviewed in the paper. Methods of pathogen germination and cultural methods related to the artificial inoculation technique were also described. Prospects for the developing trend of the inoculation technique were put forward.
