摘　　要：目的 了解江西省社区卫生服务人员的职业任务状况及其影响因素。方法 采用整群抽样方法，随机抽取江西省87所社区卫生服务机构的所有在职员工共469人，对其职业任务的现状进行调查。结果 社区卫生服务人员的职业任务总评分为（132．0±22．2）分，不同性别的CHS人员任务过重、任务冲突、责任感方面的评分及职业任务总评分间差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；不同工种、年龄的CHS人员职业任务总评分间差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论 社区卫生服务人员存在职业任务过重，可能产生轻度职业紧张的现象，尤其以男性、社区医生、管理人员、25—45岁年龄组为主。Objective To understand the occupational role and the influenced factors of the staffs working in the community health service organization in Jiangxi province. Methods Using the cluster sampling method, Sampled and investigated 469 staffs out of 87 the Community Health Service Organizations in Jiangxi province. Used the Occupational Stress Inventory Revised Edition （ OSI - R）. Investigated the occupational role of the staff. Results The average total score of the occupational role is （ 132. 0 ±22. 2）, The scores of occupational role total, role overload, role ambiguity and responsibility are different on sex （ P 〈 0. 05）, The scores of occupational role total are different on type of work, age （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The occupational role of the staffs working in the community health service organization in Jiangxi province is overweight. It can bring out occupational stress, especially to the man, doctor, manger and the age of 25 -45.
