摘　　要：提出了一种结合DWT和SVD的水印算法,算法中选取奇异值量化的方法嵌入水印,以达到盲提取。通过误差分析直接导出了量化强度和信噪比(PSNR)的数学公式,用来指导水印嵌入。实验结论和攻击测试表明,所提出的算法对JPEG有损压缩、中值滤波、亚抽样、低通滤波等各种图像降级处理有很强的稳健性,同时还具有用软件或硬件易于实现的特点。Based on block DWT Decomposition and Singular Value Decomposition, a new algorithm with the method of embedding the watermarking into the largest singular value is proposed. Meanwhile a formula to estimate the PSNR is produced. Experiments and attack test show that the algorithm has good robustness on JPEG, median filter, sub-sampling, Gaussian low pass filter etc, Moreover the proposed algorithm can be easily implemented by the existing software or hardware systems only with small modification.
