摘  要:目的探讨冠心病(CHD)患者胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)与冠状动脉斑块形态的关系。方法采用ELISA法测定42例CHD患者和16例对照者的IGF-1水平并分析其与冠状动脉斑块形态的关系。结果急性心肌梗死(AMI)组、不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)组患者的Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ型斑块构成与稳定型心绞痛(SAP)组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);Ⅱ型斑块组的IGF-1水平与Ⅰ型、Ⅲ型斑块组及对照组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论Ⅱ型斑块多发生于AMI和UAP患者中,Ⅱ型斑块者的IGF-1水平较高,斑块易损。Objective To investigate the relationship between insulin - like growth factor - 1 ( IGF - 1 ) and the morphology of coronary atherosclerotic plaque. Methods IGF - 1 levels were determined by ELISA method in 42 patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) and in 16 normal subjects, and the relationship between IGF - 1 and morphology of atherosclerotic plaque was analyzed. Results The composition of type Ⅱ plaque was obviously higher in AMI and UAP groups than in SAP group ( P 〈 0. 01 ). The mean level of serum IGF - 1 was significantly higher in type Ⅱ plaque group than in type Ⅰ , Ⅲ plaque groups ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion IGF - 1 plays a role in the occurance and development of atheromatous plaque, probably acting as one of the biomarkers of vulnerable plaques. Type Ⅱ plaque is prone to rupture.
