从“两个文明”到“四个文明”的历史跨越

摘　　要：党的十七大报告首次将"建设生态文明"作为实现全面建设小康社会奋斗目标的新要求之一,要求"基本形成节约能源资源和保护生态环境的产业结构、增长方式、消费模式",这是党建设和谐社会理念在生态与经济发展方面的升华。从十二大报告中提出的"两个文明",到十六大的"三个文明"和十七大的"四个文明",这是我们党关于社会主义理论与实践的又一次突破和发展。深刻认识从"两个文明"到"四个文明"历史跨越的必然性,对于深入理解加强生态文明建设和按照"四位一体"的要求全面建设小康社会有着重要的理论和实践意义。In the report delivered at the Seventeenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the construction of ＂Eco - civilization＂ was firstly set as one of the new targets during the course of constructing a well - off society in an all - round way. According to the target, we are required to form the industrial structure, the growing mode, and consumption, which will be helpful to save energy resources and protect ecological environment as well. The target is the sublimation of the idea, that we should build a harmonious society, in terms of ecological and economic development. From the ＂two civilizations＂ proposed at the twelfth National Congress of the Communist Party of China, to the ＂three civilizations＂ at the sixteenth Congress, and to the ＂four civilizations＂ at the seventeenth Congress, the Communist Party of China has made another great surmount and progress. That we understand the inevitability of the historical leap from the ＂two civilizations＂ to the ＂four civilizations＂ will be significant to deeply understand and enhance the construction of eco - civilization, and to build a well - off society in an all - round way according to the requirement of ＂combining the four civilizations as a whole＂.
