糖尿病患者200例焦虑抑郁状况调查

摘　　要：目的分析糖尿病患者的心理特点,为临床治疗和心理护理提供依据。方法用Zung焦虑自评量表(SAS)、Zung抑郁自评量表(SDS),对收住入院的200例糖尿病患者进行心理问卷调查,将测试结果与国内常模进行比较,并从不同性别、年龄、经济状况、文化程度及病程方面进行心理状况的分析。结果糖尿病患者SAS评分(45.18±9.64)、SDS评分(51.81±12.18)与国内常模比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且男女之间、不同年龄段、文化程度、经济状况之间的SAS、SDS评分比较,差异具有统计学意义。结论糖尿病患者常存在焦虑、抑郁心理,且受性别、年龄、文化程度和经济状况的影响。Objective To analyze the psychological character of patients with Diabetes Mellitus in order to offer some suggestions for the psychological nursing. Methods 200 cases of Diabetes Mellitus were selected. The questionnaire investigation was performed among the inhospital patients by using self-rating anxiety scale （SAS） and self-rating depression scale（SDS）. Results SAS and SDS were significantly different from Chinese Norms, （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. The scales of SAS and SDS were significantly different in people of different sexes,ages,education degrees and economic status. Conclusion Patients with diabetes mellitus often have moods of anxiety and depression and these negative moods are related to sexes, ages, education degrees and economic status.
