摘　　要：WTO规则对我国对外贸易的影响是多方面的,研究法律上的应对之策是促进我国对外贸易发展的必要条件。我国拟应强化贸易的环境管理决策机制,加强国际立法合作,加强和完善与贸易有关的环境立法,加强绿色贸易制度的法制建设,强化环境法律实施与监督。To the foreign trade of our country,the influence of WTO Environmental Rules is multilateral. It is essential to improve the development of China＇ s foreign trade on the basis of recognizing the advantages and disadvantages of WTO Environmental Rules and the pessimistic impacts of foreign trade exactly, as well as the researching response strategy in law. China is going to improve the environmental management decision -making mechanism in trade, to intensify international cooperation in legislation, to reinforce and perfect trade-related environmental legislation, to strengthen the legislation construction of green trade system, and to enhance the implementation and supervision of environmental laws.
