摘　　要：有恒产才能有恒心,《物权法》通过对物权特别是私人财产及其收益的确认和保护,从而鼓励人们积极创造财产和享有财产。通过中外的历史经验得出合理保护私人产权是人类文明进步的重要条件。产权之所以有如此意义,是有其内在制度经济学原理根据的,继而从经济学角度对物权法保障产权的意义进行阐释,加深了我们对这部物权法重要性的理解。The protection of the private property is indispensable for the humankind to develop, which we can learn from the history of china and abroad . Then, we analyses the signification of the private property by using the institutional economics principles. In the last part of this thesis, the author gives some suggestions and anticipation about how to make the future Civil Law and how to build the system of property.
