摘　　要：《重大信条十九条》是清廷在武昌起义后制定的一部临时性质的宪法大纲。由于种种原因,目前学界缺少对它进行深入的研究。从历史比较和宪法功能的角度,分析它所蕴含的诸多英国宪政特征。The Key Doctrines was an outline and interim constitution that was made by the late Qing dynasty ,when WuChang revolution had just taken place. For various reasons, the study on The Key Doctrines lacks depth in the educational circles up till the present moment. Historically, comparatively and in the constitutional function, the article analyses constitutional monarchy of Britain which The Key Doctrines contains.
