外周静脉注射化疗药物外渗所致组织损伤的循证护理1例

摘　　要：目的从循证护理角度讨论1例化疗药物外渗所致组织损伤的处理，为临床处理此类损伤提供参考。方法根据病人情况，提出临床问题，中文文献使用主题词“化疗药外渗、治疗、处理或护理”做关键词检索，英文文献使用“Antineoplastie Extravasation or chemotherapeutic extravasation or Vesicant extravasation and treatment or management”做关键词检索了Pubmed数据库（1990—2005）、guide．1ine网站（1990—2005）、CJFD中国学术期刊全文数据库（1990—2005）。结果一共检索到1个治疗指南，临床病例报告22篇，动物实验3篇。结论在文献报道中，化疗药物外渗所致组织损伤是广为关注的一个话题，但就处理此类事件的最佳方法仍未达成共识。笔者用循证护理的方法为护理人员在处理类似问题时提供了几种参考策略。Objective Using evidence - based nursing methods to manage a soft tissue damage after antineoplastic extravasation. And pro- viding a protocols for the management of such lesions. Methods The clinical questions were raised according to the condition of the patients, and then＂antineoplastic extravasation or chemotherapeutic extravasation or vesicant extravasation and treatment or management＂ were used as key words to search in pubmed, guideline and CJFD. Results 1 guideline,20 case reports and 3 animal studies were got. Conclusion Even though the subject has received considerable attention in the literature, there is little consensus on the best way to manage such events. Several strategies available to the nurse for the management of an extravasation injury are outlined below.
