保定市农村地区60岁以上农民体检结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解我市农村地区农民疾病发病情况，为做好该人群预防保健工作提供依据。方法对长期生活在农村的153名60岁以上农民疾病发病情况进行分析。结果153名体检农民中共检出各系统疾病15种242人次，人均患病1．58种。其中发病前三位的为高血脂（发病为49．7％）、高血压（发病率42．5％）、心血管疾病（发病率22．9％）。发病率较高的疾病还有：慢性支气管炎、脂肪肝、肝囊肿。结论该人群高血脂、高血压、心血管疾病发病率较高，应加强此类人群高发疾病健康教育和行为干预，以提高其健康水平。Objective To find out the distribution of disease on the farmer in the contryside area of Baoding and to provide a ground to the disease - prevention and health - protection work. Methods The data of the distribution of disease on 153 cases farmer over sixty years old were analyzed. Results 15 kinds of disease were checked out （ average 1.58 kinds）. The former three diseases were hyperlipemia（ the incidence rate was 49. 7% ）, hypertension（42. 5% ） and cardiovascular disease（ 22. 9% ）. Other high incidence rate - diseases were chronic bronchitis, fatty liver and livercyst. Conclusion The incidence rates of hyperlipemia, hypertension and cardiovascular disease were high in this crowd. The health education and behavior intervention should strengthen to improve the population＇s health quality.
