摘　　要：目的:研究丹参素脂质体的处方、制备工艺。方法:以脂质体的包封率为指标评价,采用正交设计对制备工艺进行优化,用反相蒸发超声法制得丹参素脂质体。结果:成功制得丹参素脂质体,其平均粒径为75.4 nm,丹参素脂质体的平均包封率为55.23%。结论:丹参素脂质体制备方法简单可行。Objective： To study the formula, preparation of Tanshinol liposomes. Methods： The enbedding ratio as an index was evaluated to the optimizing preparation technology with an orthogonal design. Tegafur common liposome was prepared with reverse phase evaporation and supersound method. Results： Tanshinol liposomes were prepared successfully with 75.4 nm mean diameter and 55.23% mean enbedding ratio. Conclusion： Tanshinol liposome with a simple preparation condition.
