摘　　要：目的:建立伸筋丹胶囊的质量控制方法。方法:用HPLC法测定伸筋丹胶囊中柚皮苷的含量。结果:采用Dikma Dia-monsil C18柱,以甲醇-醋酸-水(45∶4∶55)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL.min-1,柱温:35℃,检测波长:283 nm。柚皮苷进样量在0.1224-1.2240μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9999,平均加样回收率为98.85%,RSD%为1.44%(n=9)。结论:本法专属性强,准确度高,重现性好,可作为该产品质量控制方法。Objective： To establish a method for determination of naringin in Shenjidan Capsule. Methods： RP-HPLC method was used, consisted of Dikma Diamonsil C18 column as chromato bar with methanol-acetic acid-water（45：4：45） as mobile phase at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min, the detection wavelength was 283 nm, the column temperautre was 35℃. Results： The linear ranges of naringin were 0.1224-1.2240 μg（r=0.9999）, The average recovery was 98.85% with RSD% of 1.44%. Conclusion： The method is simple, reliable and reproducible. It can be used for quality control of Shenjidan Capsule.
