摘  要:目的:检验人工牛黄鉴定方法的可行性。方法:采用薄层色谱法对胆酸、猪去氧胆酸、贝斯素成分进行色谱鉴别,紫外-可见分光光度法测定胆酸、胆红素的含量。结果:鉴别方法专属性强、稳定性良好。含量测定胆酸为14.1%,胆红素为0.72%,准确度高。结论:用薄层色谱法鉴别人工牛黄中成分,结果明显、稳定。分光光度法测定含量准确度高,操作简便、快速,是较为理想的方法。Objective: To check the feasibility of for identification of artificial bezoar. Methods: Thin-layer chromatography method was used to identify the cholic acid, doxicholic acid of pig. The content of cholic acid and bilirubin were tested by ultraviolet and visible spectrophotometry. Results:The method is of good specificity and stability, with high accuracy. The content of cholic acid was 14.1%, and that of acid bilirubin was 0.72%. Conclusion: The results that thin-layer chromatography for identification of the components in artificial bezoar is obvious and stable, Ultraviolet and visible spectrophotometry has high accuracy, easy manipulation to test the content.
