辛夷挥发油纳米脂质体滴鼻剂治疗儿童变应性鼻炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察辛夷挥发油纳米脂质体滴鼻剂治疗儿童变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法:治疗组30例采用辛夷挥发油纳米脂质体滴鼻剂治疗,对照组30例以仙特明片治疗。10d为1个疗程,共2个疗程。结果:治疗组的综合有效率和主要症状有效率分别为93.33%、96.7%,均高于对照组的73.33%、80.0%(P<0.05);治疗组喷嚏、鼻塞等主要症状和血液嗜酸性粒细胞计数改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:辛夷挥发油纳米脂质体滴鼻剂治疗儿童变应性鼻炎有较好的疗效。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of nanometer liposome nasal drops of Magnolia Biondii volatile oil in the treatment of allergic rhinitis. Methods： Thirty subjects in treatment group were treated with This nasal drops and another 30 cases in control group were treated with Zyrtec tablets, for two courses with ten days in a course. Results： The total effective rates for comprehensive efficacy and cardinal symptoms were 93.33% and 96.7% in treatment group, and they were respectively 73.33% and 80.0% in control group, with striking differences between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Such cardinal symptoms as sneezing and nasal obstruction and blood EOS improved more significantly in treatment group than in control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： The nanometer liposome nasal drops of Magnolia Biondii volatile oil has excellent effects on allergic rhinitis.
