应用循证医学的方法评价咪喹莫特治疗尖锐湿疣的临床疗效及流行病学特点

摘　　要：目的对国内外5%咪喹莫特乳膏治疗尖锐湿疣的临床疗效及流行病学特点进行评价。方法应用循证医学的方法,选择近10年5%咪喹莫特治疗尖锐湿疣的国内外文献6篇进行系统分析,统计学指标包括治愈率、相对效益度、相对效益增加率、绝对效益增加率、需要治疗人数等。结果5%咪喹莫特乳膏治疗尖锐湿疣国内外报道无明显差异,但国外报道女性尖锐湿疣患者临床疗效明显优于男性,差异具有显著性。结论5%咪喹莫特治疗尖锐湿疣临床疗效较好,更适合于女性患者的治疗。[Objective] To evaluate the therapeutic effect and epidemiology of 5% Imiquimod cream in treating Condyloma acuminatum. [Methods] Six documents published in periodicals from exterior and interior of China in ten years on the treatment of Condyloma aeuminatum by Imiquimod were reviewed systematically by evidence-based medicine method. The statistical indexes include the cure rate, relative benefit, the increased rates of relative benefit and absolute benefit, and the number of patients needed to be treated. [Results] The therapeutic effect of 5% Imiquimod in treating Condyloma acuminatum reported between China and abroad has no significant difference, but of which between female and male patients, there was significant difference. [Conelusions] The therapeutic effect of 5% Imiquimod in treating Condyloma aeuminatum is satisfactory and it may benefit female patients more.
