青川县堰塞湖应急排险施工组织及管理

摘　　要：介绍了青川县境内青竹江和红石河流域由于四川汶川"5.12"大地震形成的东河口、红石河、石板沟等3个主要堰塞湖的位置、形体特征、地质构成情况,分析了3个堰塞湖应急排险处理的难点、特点,重点总结了3个堰塞湖处理过程的施工方法、现场组织协调、资源配置等情况,供以后进行类似的应急处理施工参考。The locations, body features and geological formations of Donghekou, Hongshihe and Shibagou Landslide Dams within the watersheds of Qingzhujiang River and Hongshihe River created during ＂5.12＂ Wenchuan Earthquake in Sichuan Province are described along with the analysis on the difficulties, characteristics and focuses of the emergency treatment of the landslide dams, and then the emergency construction method, construction organization and disposition of all the construction forces concerned are also summarized herein, which can be used as references for the similar emergency construction project in the days to come.
