摘　　要：防御素是一类具有广谱抗菌、抗病毒、杀寄生虫、抗肿瘤等活性的内源肽,是抗菌肽家族的重要成员,而且在先天性免疫和获得性免疫中发挥着重要的作用。就动物源防御素的种类、分布、结构和表达调控等与功能间的关系及其作用进行了综述。The defensins are the endogene peptides which have broad activities such as antibacteria role anti-virus, killing parasites and anti-tumor. They are the important members of the antimicrobial peptides and play an important part in innate and adaptive immunity. The function and the relations of function to classification, distribution, structure and regulation of expression are briefly summarized.
