山东省农村老年人生命质量评价及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的:评价山东省农村老年人生命质量,分析生命质量的影响因素。方法:采用SF-36量表对451名山东省农村老年人的生命质量进行测量并对该群体的生命质量影响因素进行分析。结果:本次调查的451名山东省农村老年人的生命质量总得分平均为78.48±15.35;性别、年龄、职业、日常生活功能、收入状况、慢性病患病、家庭关系等10个因素能影响其生命质量总分及维度评分。结论:应针对山东省农村老年人生命质量的现状及影响因素制定具体措施,以全面提高老年人的生活质量。Objective To evaluate the quality of life（QOL） among rural elderly population in Shandong Province and analyze its influenting factors. Methods 451 rural elderly population in Shandong Province received the survey on quality of life（SF--36）, then influencing factors were described and analyzed by t--test , ANOVA and correlation analysis. Results The scoes of the QOL is 78. 48~ 15.35,discovered that gender, age, job,activity of daily living, income, chronic disease, family relation and so on ,the 10 factors could influence the QOL and health scores of different dimensions. Conclusions We should formulate measures on the basis of the conditions and influential factors, in order to improve the QOL of elderly population.
