赣州市复退军人精神病患者残疾状况及相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解赣州市复员退伍军人精神病患者残疾状况并分析相关影响因素。方法以《中国精神障碍分类与诊断标准》为诊断标准，选用简明精神病量表、阴性症状量表、阳性症状量表、社会功能缺陷筛选量表、日常生活能力量表等为测评工具，采用《军人残疾等级评定标准》为评定标准，进行残疾等级评定。结果全市共评定196例，致残精神疾病依次为精神分裂症176例、癫痫11例、情感性障碍6例、脑器质性障碍3例；残疾等级分布为：三级2例，四级45例，五级89例，六级60例；残疾程度与疾病本身因素、药物治疗因素和社会支持等诸多因素有关，以ADL评分、总住院时间、病期、病程特点为主要危险因素。结论复退军人精神病患者残疾状况不容乐观，相关影响因素复杂，减轻精神残疾需采取综合措施。Objective To evaluate the mental disability of psychotic patients in veterans of Ganzhou city. Methods Diagnosis was made according to CCMD-3. Multiple scales of psychiatry as BPRS,SANS,SAPS,SDSS, ADL were also used in this study. The criteria of disability grade of army was used to evaluate the extent of disability status. Results 196 people were evaluated in this study. The main disease leading to disabilities in turn were schizophrenia ,epilepsy, mood disorder and mental disorders due to brain organic disease and the third grade 2 cases, the fourth grade 45 cases, the fifth grade 89 cases, the sixth grade 60 cases. The degree of disabilities has correlation to the characteristic of the disease, medication and social support, et al. The total ADL score, length of stay and course of disease were most important factors. Conclusion Mental disabilities is severity in veterans. Many factors can influence the mental disabilities. Combined methods should be used to alleviate the mental disabilities in veterans.
