摘　　要：在继承的基础上创新性地提出了中医聚证学说的基本框架。聚证的病因是先天禀赋不足和后天脏腑受损,导致气化障碍,邪热、湿浊、瘀血乘虚留滞,使精微不得化生和正常输布。聚证属虚实夹杂之证,应以攻补兼施为治则,散聚为基本治法。运用中医学聚证理论来指导治疗代谢综合征,在其症状好转的同时,胰岛素抵抗、血糖、血脂、体重、腰围及炎症因子等均有明显改善,证实了聚证学说的理论意义和临床应用价值。This paper puts forward the fundamental framework of lump syndrome theory in Chinese medicine. It is argued that lump syndrome is based on prenatal deficiency and postnatal impairment, leading to disturbance of qi activity, pathogenic heat, dampness turbidity and blood-stasis; and its treatment aims to dissipate the lump. This theory is used to guide the treatment of metabolic syndrome; consequently, its clinical symptoms are improved and insulin resistance, blood sugar, blood lipid, body weight, waist circumference and inflammatory factors are strikingly improved, which show the theoretical significance and clinical value of lump syndrome theory.
