摘 要:用电化学方法将钴氢氧化物膜沉积在玻碳电极表面,制成了钴氢氧化物膜电极用于儿茶酚的测定,探讨了测定的最佳实验条件.实验结果表明,钴氢氧化物膜电极在碱性溶液中对儿茶酚的氧化有明显的催化作用,其氧化峰电流值和儿茶酚的浓度在5.00×10^-6~1.05×10^-4mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,最低检出限可达1.00×10^-7mol/L.在实际样品分析中,儿茶酚的回收率在94.7%~102.9%范围内.Cobalt hydroxide films were deposited on glassy carbon electrode surface by the electro- chemical method. The electrochemical behavior of catechol on cobalt hydroxide film electrode has been investigated. Also, various factors affecting the electrocatalytic activity of cobalt hydroxide films were inves tigated. The results indicated that the film electrode had good electrocatalytical activity towards the oxida tion of catechol in alkaline aqueous solution. The linear response for catechol detection was in the range of 5.00× 10^-6 - 1.05 × 10^-4 mol/L with a detection limit of 1.00 × 10^-7 mol/L. The recovery rate of catechol from sample ranged from 94.7% to 102.9%.
