摘  要:以山东青岛、石岛和龙须岛野生型龙须菜四分孢子体为亲本,在实验室条件下成功建立起自交系和杂交系,并完成有关性状的比较分析.筛选到一株以石岛和青岛材料为亲本的杂交种F1sq,其线生长速度和生物量累积速度比中亲值高60%以上,α-半乳糖苷酶活性和光合色素含量的比较结果则未检测到明显差异.此外,本文还就江蓠属海藻杂种优势研究体系的建立及其特点进行了讨论.Three wild type tetrasporophytes of Gracilaria lemaneiformis from Qingdao, Shidao and Longxudao were used as parents for hybridization, the inbred and hybrid lines were established under laboratory incubation, and the relative traits were analyzed. The hybrid F1sq, generated by Shidao female gametophyte and Qingdao male gametophyte, was selected. Both the tip elongation rate and biomass increase rate of F1sq were over 60% higher than the average value of its corresponding parent tetrasporophytes. No obvious differences on α-galactosidase activities and photosynthetic pigment contents were detected. In addition, the properties and heterosis analysis for Gracilaria were also discussed.
