摘　　要：随着我国城市化进展的加快,加之市场需求的增长,加大了城市土地资源的紧缺,从而使研究建造节地型住宅成为城市发展的必然。文章从住宅形式、高度、地下空间的利用、建筑组合的布局、住宅使用率与容积率,以及室内空间等诸多因素对住宅节地的影响,提出了住宅节地的方法。With the rapid development of urbanization and increasing market demand, the lack of land resource in city is intensified. Thus, it is necessary to study on building space-saving houses for city development. The article addresses the method of space-saving from the influence of many factors such as house type, height, utilization of underground space, layout of architecture combination, utilization rate of house, plot ration and interior space on space-saving of house.
