摘 要:住宅的节能设计是涉及住宅建筑全生命周期的一项系统工程。文章以部分获"上海市优秀住宅奖"且节能效果明显住宅小区为例,对其设计手法进行研究,阐述了住宅小区规划设计中一些易于推广、低投入但高效用的节能策略,分析了如何通过改善居住区小气候、利用可再生能源以及修复居住环境等途径来达到节能要求的实践应用,同时达到环境效益、经济效益与社会效益的共赢。The energy-saving design of the residential building is a systematic project involving the whole life circle of the residential building. Taking a part of residential communities which obtained "Shanghai Excellent Residential Building Award" with obvious energy-saving effect as an example, the article studies the design methods of them and expatiates some low-investment highly-effective energy-saving strategies which are easy to promote, and analyzes how to achieve practical application of energy-saving requirement through methods such as improving the microclimate of residential area, utilizing renewable resource and repairing residential environment and accomplish win- win of environmental benefit, economic benefit and social benefit.
