Analysis of Organochlorine Pesticides in Yam Samples by Headspace Solid Phase Microextraction with Carbon Nanotubes Coated Fibers and Gas Chromatography

摘  要:以碳纳米管为固相涂层,自制萃取探头,顶空固相微萃取/气相色谱分析山药中有机氯杀虫剂六六六和滴滴涕。对萃取温度、萃取时间、样品的稀释度及离子强度等影响萃取效率的因素进行了优化。方法的线性范围为0.5—6.0μg·L^-1,相关系数r〉0.9921,检出限(S/N=3)为1.98—12.24ng·L^-1,样品加标回收率为70%-120%,相对标准偏差为1.76%-18.15%。A headspace solid phase microextraction/gas chromatography( HS -SPME/GC)method for the analysis of organochlorine pesticides (OCPs) in yam samples has been developed. A self-made carbon nanometer tubes(CNTs)coated fiber was used as the probe. The effects of extraction temperature and time, the ionic strength and the dilution of yam sample on the extraction efficiency were opti- mized. The method showed a good linearity between 0.5 and 6.0 μg · L^-1 with correlation coeffi- cients ranging from 0. 992 1 to 0. 999 1. The detection limits and recoveries were range of 1.98 - 12.24 ng · L^-1 and 70% -120% , respectively. The relative standard deviations(RSDs) were between 1.76% and 18.15%.
