摘  要:以诺氟沙星胶囊、复方氨酚烷胺片和土霉素片3种常用药不同批次的样品为对象,采用傅立叶变换红外光谱仪收集红外吸收光谱,对光谱预处理、提取特征信息,将各特征吸收峰峰面积的比值归一化,分别作为纵横坐标,用Origin 7.0作二维分布图,对各种药品的质量稳定性进行识别分析。结果显示,前2种药品信息点分布集中(纵横坐标值均分布在0.885—1.000区间),第3种药品信息点分散(纵横坐标值分布于0.360—1.000区间)。The quality consistency discrimination analysis of different kinds of pharmaceutials using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) was studied. Norfloxacin capsules, compound paracetamol and amantadine hydrochloride tablets, oxytetracyline tablets, were selected as the samples. The original IR spectra of the selected samples were pretreated and their characteristic spectral informations were extracted. A two dimensional plot of normalized ratio of two characteristic absorption peak areas vs normalized ratio of the other two characteristic absorption peak areas was obtained using the origin 7.0 software. Based on the plots the consistency of pharmaceuticals quality could be discriminated. The results showed that the information points of norfloxacin capsules, compound paracetamol and amantadine hydrochloride tablets conglomerated, respectively, whereas those of oxytetracyline tablets scattered.
