摘 要:将反应型季铵盐接枝变性剂与非离子型乳化油复配,得到苎麻阳离子变性油剂,试验了不同变性剂浓度下普通精干麻与变性麻纤维的品质及用不同类型染料的染色情况。试验结果表明,当乳化油中变性剂含量达到6%时,变性麻明显改善了纺织服用及染色性能。采用该工艺生产变性麻不增加任何加工步骤,变性效果显著。The ramie cation modifying agent is made by compounding quaternary ammonium of modifying agent with none - cation emulsification oil. In this paper, properties ( as single fiber strength, moisture regain, breaking tenacity, breaking strength, breaking elongation) and dyeahility of normal ramie and ramie modified by cation modifying agent are tested. The result shows that the modified ramie fiber has a better performance in spinning, weaving and dyeing if the content of cation modifying agent more than 6% in the emulsification oil. The madified ramie obviously improved its textile performance and dyeability. This modification does not need additional process.
