摘　　要：介绍了企业根据自身设备能力、技术水平、管理能力等诸多因素,以最低的投入生产出最高质量纱线的实践,探讨了在满足客户要求的前提下,最大限度降低原料成本,选择最佳工艺,发挥设备潜能,提高产品质量的可能性。This paper introduces the practice to obtain the best quality yam with minimum input based on the factors of different equipment capacity, technical level and management power of the mill. It discusses how to put into full use of the equipment potentiality and the possibility to raise yarn quality by minimizing raw cost and optiming processing technology on the pre - condition to well meet the customer＇s requirement.
