摘　　要：介绍了纯棉细特正反捻提花巴里纱的开发过程,该产品特点是经纬纱均为两种捻向的强捻纱,按2根S捻、2根Z捻排列,在喷气织机上织造,电子多臂开口,纱线细,捻度大,综页多,生产难度大,叙述了生产中采取的具体措施。In this paper is introduced the development course of fine rex pure cotton jacquard voile of S and Z twist. This product features that the weft and warp yarn show strong S and Z twist as arranged in the way of 2 S twist as 2 Z twist, which is difficult to be woven on air jet loom due to the use of electronic multi shedding, fine tex and strong twist yarn and multi - healed frames. Practical measures to overcome the weaving difficulties are detailed in this paper.
