邓老冠心胶囊对冠心病介入术后的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察邓老冠心胶囊对冠心病患者经皮介入术(PCI)后心绞痛的临床疗效。方法采取随机、对照研究方法,将61例冠心病介入术后患者随机分为治疗组31例和对照组30例;治疗组予邓老冠心胶囊结合常规西医治疗,对照组仅予常规西医治疗,疗程均为3个月;观察心绞痛疗效及左室射血分数(EF)的变化。结果治疗组对心绞痛疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组EF均较术前改善(P<0.05),组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论PCI术后加用邓老冠心胶囊可缓解心绞痛,改善患者心功能。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂Denglao Guanxin Capsule＂ in treating patients with coronary heart disease after percutaneous coronary intervention （PCI）. Methods Sixty-one subjects were randomized into treatment group （n=31） and control group （n=30）. The patients in treatment group were treated with ＂Denglao Guanxin Capsule＂ and conventional western treatment, and the patients in control group received conventional western treatment only. Angina relief and ejection factor （EF） of left ventricle were observed. Results The angina relief in treatment group was superior to control group （P〈 0.05）; EF improved in both groups （P〈 0.05）, but there was no difference between the two groups, Conclusion ＂Denglao Guanxin Capsule＂ can help PCI to improve heart functions and angina pectoris.
