芪榆油纱布外敷对肛瘘术后创面的影响

摘　　要：目的观察芪榆油纱布外敷对肛瘘术后创面的影响。方法将60例临床行低位单纯性肛瘘切除术患者随机分为试验组和对照组各30例。术后创面用新洁尔灭消毒后,试验组用芪榆油纱布填塞创面基底,对照组用凡士林纱条填塞创面基底,每日换药1次至创面愈合。观察两组患者创面疼痛和水肿消失时间以及创口愈合时间;测量术后第5天创面肉芽组织中毛细血管含量。结果试验组患者创面疼痛消失时间、水肿消失以及创面愈合时间均少于对照组(P<0.01);试验组术后第5天创面肉芽组织中毛细血管含量较对照组多(P<0.01)。结论芪榆油纱布能缩短肛瘘术后创面愈合时间,并可促进创面疼痛及水肿的消除,其作用可能与刺激创面肉芽组织中毛细血管生成有关。Objective To observe the clinical effects of external application of ＂Qiyu Oil Gauze＂ on wounds healing after anal fistula operation. Methods Sixty subjects were randomized into two groups： treatment group in which 30 cases were treated with external application of ＂Qiyu Oil Gauze＂ and control group in which 30 cases were treated with external application of vaseline gauze; the dressings were changed daily till the wounds healed. The wounds pain, edema and healing condition were observed; and the number of blood capillary in the wounds granulation tissues was counted 5 days after treatments. Results The time of the disappearance of wounds pain and edema, and healing were remarkably shorter in treatment group than in control group（P〈0.01）; the number of blood capillary in wounds granulation tissue was remarkably larger than in treatment group than in control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion External application of ＂Qiyu Oil Gauze＂ can aecelerate wound healing and relieve pain and edema possibly by promoting the genesis of blood capillary in wounds.
