中药粉刺方内服外用治疗寻常性痤疮的临床观察

摘　　要：目的评价粉刺方中药内服外用治疗寻常性痤疮的临床疗效与安全性。方法采用粉刺方内服外用作为治疗组(313例),以百癣夏塔热片内服加迪维霜外搽为对照组(299例),两组疗程均为6周。观察两组患者的临床疗效、不良反应发生率、复发情况及性激素水平变化。结果治疗组总有效率为94.2%,优于对照组的78.9%(P<0.05);两组均能调节性激素水平,组间比较无显著差异(P>0.05);两组均有轻度不良反应,治疗组皮肤脱屑较对照组少(P<0.05);随访1年后治疗组复发率为7.99%,对照组为14.38%(P<0.05)。结论粉刺方内服外用治疗寻常性痤疮疗效确切,不良反应少,复发率低。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of ＂Fenci Decoction＂ in treatment of acne vulgaris. Methods Patients in two groups were enrolled. The patients administered ＂Fenci Decoction＂ were enrolled into the treatment group, meanwhile compared with the oral ＂Baixuan Xiataire Tablets＂ combined with external Diwei Cream. The therapeutic efficacy, the situation of adverse events, recurrence and the leve of sex hormones were compared. Results The total effectiverate was 94.2% in treatment group, higher than the control group 78.9% （P〈0.05）. All the two groups could adjust the sex hormones, without a significant difference. There were little and light adverse events in two groups. However the incidence of skin scaling occurred less in treatment group than control group, with a significant difference （P〈 0.05）. After one year＇s follow up, the recurrence rate was 7.99% in the treatment group and 14.38% in the control group, with a significant difference （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Oral administration and external application of ＂Fenci Decotion＂ has reliable efficacy and less adverse events in the treatment of acne vulgaris.
