摘  要:目的研究黄芩苷对体外白念珠菌生物膜的影响。方法采用XTT减低法评价黄芩苷对白念珠菌的生物膜及黏附性的影响;镜下观察该药对白念珠菌生物膜的形态学影响;细胞毒试验检测该药的毒副作用。结果各黄芩苷对白念珠菌生物膜的SMIC50、SMIC80分别是1000μg/ml、2000μg/ml;2000μg/ml及200μg/ml的黄芩苷对白念珠菌的早期黏附及菌丝生长有抑制作用;黄芩苷对人细胞毒性较弱。结论黄芩苷对体外白念珠菌生物膜有较强的抑制作用。Objective To investigate the in vitro effects of baicalin on C. albicans biofilms. Methods XTr reduction assay was performed to determine the effect of balcalin on C. albicans biofilms and its adherence , and microscopic examination was conducted to asses the effect of baicalin on morphogenesis of C. albicans biofilms;and cytotoxic assay was used to measure the adverse effects of baicalin. Resulls SMIC50, SMIC80 of baicalin against C. albicans biofilms were 1000,2000 μg/ml, respectively; 2000 μg/ml and 200 μg/ml of baicalin could inhibit the initial adherence and filamentous growth, and the agent showed poor cytotoxic activity. Conclusion baicalin displayed potent activity against C. albicans biofilm.
